Week 15 of 2012

I start my weeks on a Sunday, not sure if it's compatible with this thread or not,

35.35km / 3:23:11 / 4:45 / AHR 143 / MHR 157

run 2km/walk 1 min from the start, felt much stronger at the finish as a result
 
Tuesday = 5 miles local roads, today did a long run 14 miles...that's about it for this week... 26 miles total, 5 of those trail...first all barefoot week of the year.
 
7+ kilometers, rain, 5 degrees (that would be almost 5 miles and around 40 F), old asphalt and forest paths, no problem. Blisters only from Saturday's rowing (also barefoot), sore soles mainly from walking barefoot the entire day yesterday in a different forest. Very satisfied.
 
Someone needs to start a new week's mileage thread. ;)
