I've got two suit & tie events coming up this summer and am thrilled at the black Ra's I received today after reading good things about them either here or at the other joint and ordering them.

Definitly not for running, and the sole is way thicker than anything I would call a barefoot shoe, but they are roomy, flexible, and non-heel elevated.

When a barefooter needs psuedo-dress shoes, and 1mm or less ground feel as of now is not available, these should do the job.

I'll still be looking forward to kicking 'em off ASAP, but hey, they beat any thing else that "passes" I've found yet!

I have a pair as well in

I have a pair as well in black. I like the feel of them, but not the materials. For $150, I expected the leather upper to be of better quality. Someone at work has already asked if I was wearing rain boots.

What's your size Adam?

What's your size Adam? VIVOBAREFOOT actually screwed up and sent me two pairs of size 45 in black. I'll give you first dibs on them before I send them back. Send me a message if you're interested.
