I agree about the compression

I agree about the compression socks and arms. I understand that stuff can restrict bloodflow, therefore, oxygen to your muscles, and that can't be good for you while you are in workout mode.

When you say you go pee, do you use the same kind of potty that the Nascar drivers use during a race? ;-)

Congrats on a huge event and a great finish, Pull. Don't be so hard on yourself. You still kicked a$$! (Can I say a$$, Mods?)
