This 5km event will be at Willen Lake in Milton Keynes (MK5K). It is on 25th September and open to all barefoot or minimalist shoe runners. NO TRAINERS. Race starts at 11am and finishes near the pub in time for dinner. This is a very flat figure of eight around two lakes, ideal as your first minimalist 5k event.
