I left to be barefoot I am just now really starting to get into the feel of running barefoot. I have gotten trapped in the eye need to stabilize her shoe to do all of my long-term running and I am now currently also looking at triathlons and it dawned on me hey are usually ride bikes with shoes on and I don’t feel comfortable being completely bare foot has anyone ever use like cycling over socks or honestly I’m just looking for suggestions

We have a Triathletes forum where you should be able to find some threads/posts about the types of footwear and peddles that barefoot runners use when they are competing in a triathlon. Be sure to check the rules of your triathlon to see if footwear is required first though. It seems there's a lot of pushback about competitors being barefoot.
