A 10-mile run to honor the memory of Todd Ragsdale, called "Tutu Todd's 10-miler," is scheduled for Saturday, July 2. Race organizers are encouraging people to run like Todd — by dressing in tutus and running in Todd’s regular stomping grounds in Lithia Park.
