Well, for my last day, I had high hopes, I was planning on like an 8 or 10 miler, but, when I got out there, I didn't think I'd make it that far. I haven't really gotten used to running with a water source yet, so I didn't really feel like I'd be hydrated for the whole distance. Especially considering I usually stop to do pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups and crunchies (ooh-rah). I didn't want to be 5 miles out and feeling like shit when I'd have to hoof it 5 miles back in. So, for my last posting, I have 6 miles to slap on there. I feel great; I just showered and am enjoying a nice, tall cool glass of filtered water. Life is good. Good job guys.
