    Any idea how long it takes to condition your feet properly to go completely Barefoot?

    Welcome! It will depend on you really. No one adapts at the same amount of time. Some will be running on harder, more coarse terrains. Others will run on beach and grass, some will run longer distances and more often. Some have been more tainted by shoes than others, etc., etc. And not everyone practices the necessary amount of patience either, meaning rush the process, get injured, give up and walk away on barefoot running altogether. It all comes back to you, how far you want to take it, and how you want to get there.

    Different parts of your feet take different amounts of time to adjust...the soles the fastest and your connective tissue like tendons took the longest for me...I'd say at least 6 months to go very far like 10 miles or more without taking a lot of risk. Like TJ says there is no set amount of time you have see for your self really.
