Hey, I just joined the Georgia Chapter and just now started doing barefoot/sockfoot running. Does anyone know of trails around the Columbus area? I'm sure there are some but I've never heard of any.

Don't know of any down there,

Don't know of any down there, but have you searched for "Trail Finder" on the Internet? I'm not sure which one will have trails for Georgia. If you were up here, I could take you to some.

Thanks, I looked it up and theres only one, the Rail Trail, which i knew about. It's asphalt, which isn't very good for BFR, but i suppose I'll try it out sometime.

I run 95% of my runs on asphalt for the past three years. If you run lightly, you can run on nearly anything safely.
