Good to see you doing well, Dave. I'll be sure to keep up with your blog. I'm what's called "prediabetic." According to the docs it means I have consistently borderline a1c numbers which, when paired with lots of type 1 in my family tree, means I get checked a lot more often by the doc for blood sugar issues.

Your shoe rack is also similar to mine, except place Altras where you have Innov8's, and mtb shoes in place of the roadie slippers
