She's coming to the end of her football season. She's contemplating retirement, but I don't think she really wants to. She's physically holding up, and is still an effective player, and still enjoys playing. She thinks she has too much responsibility now to do something as spurious as play football for fun. I've pointed out that she has teammates with similar life situations and they play. How do I help her realize she has plenty of hours in the day, and more importantly, the right to have fun things that are just for her?
