I know there are articles about this all over the internet, but I wanted to ask on here.
I'm going to start completely over with running barefoot. If it doesn't work I'm calling it quits and finding some shoes that I won't be injured in.
How do I start and exactly how long do I go every day? How much do I add every week? Pretending I haven't been running barefoot but that I do already walk and stay around the house barefoot.
