    Most of this race is on smooth streets and not BF bad. 5 miles or so are on crushed stone / gravel which is not BF nice. About 3/4 mile from the end of the race is a viscious steel grate bridge with 1.5 inch spaces between 1/8 inch vertical metal treads. It hurt me in VFF Bikilas! I think you'd have to have boards laid on it to get across BF, which you might be able to arrange, as the bridge is only 30 or 40 feet long.

    Otherwise it's a really pretty course, mostly along or through parks and a nice stretch along the Little Lehigh River with a great covered bridge at the turn.
