St. Louis runner

    Anyone running barefoot/minimal in St. Louis? I am about 2 months into my transition and am looking to run with folks who are also running barefoot/ minimal. I also love to have fun and drink beer if that helps convince anyone

    I am a touch more south. Right by Grants farm and Grants trail. How long have you been BR?

    Hello, after finals are over I can also go running with you. I live right next to forest park in dog town. Transportation is a bit iffy for me currently, so traveling any great distance will be difficult. And I too love to drink beer and have fun, so thats always a solid thing to do after a run. Ive also got another BF running buddy named James who would probably be interested in meeting up.
