Districts for the Special Olympics Iowa basketball tournament are in a week from Saturday at the Drake Knapp Center in Des Moines. Wish me luck!

Thank you Lorri. This would actually be I think about the sixth time I would go to the state tournament if I win. At least I think it would be.

I've never been more nervous about this basketball district tournament next week than I am now! If my team and the older division of my team win/lose both of our first games, WE MAY HAVE TO FACE EACH OTHER THE SECOND GAME!!!! WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Now I'm scared!!

Guess what? I'm going to state!!!! We lost our first game 61-41, but we narrowly won our game 56-50! I am in disbelief! Watch out Iowa City! I'm coming for you! Me and my bare feet! Well at least until I hit the basketball court anyways.
