One of my fellow Autism Society of Iowa board members Suzanne Hackenmiller will be leading a Shinrin Yoku or Japanese Forest bathing walk for people on the autism spectrum this June. As a fellow board member and autistic individual I decided to register. She even told me specifically that I could be barefoot during part of it if I wanted to.
