[Sep 3, 2015] Alpine Shop Trail Running Series is back Thursdays all this August! (Ballwin mo)

The trail running series is back! It begins this Thursday at 6pm in Castlewood Park. I will be there ready to rock!

Each week there will be a race on Thursday same time and place with a different route.

If you register for all the races you get an awesome shirt and I got to add they always have BBQ and COLD beer at the end of the races which are included with the entry fee.

Looks like it was cancelled this week due to rain! Oh no! On the other side of it I got my daughter out and we went in search of puddles! We found a mudhole and had a good time!
