    Scottish Barefoot Run & Conference - September 14

    Suggested £10.00 entry on the day purely to cover costs any profits go to The BHF
    Based on the New York City Barefoot Run, an almost free run around the main sites of Scotlands Capital. Hosted by Colin McPhail and Donnie Campbell who are building on the success of last years event.
    Event will include:

    10.00 Stalls set up for try on footwear from Merrell, (Vibram), Brooks, AltraZeroDrop, Inov8, and more

    11.30 Run Briefing with Donnie Campbell

    11.45 The Scottish Barefoot RUN. Course as last year 5.25miles.

    13.00 Lunch at the venue Bruntsfield Links.

    14.30 Conference Featuring BAREFOOT TED, Joe Warne & Jae Gruenke. Venue TBA

    17.00 A wee complimentary Barefoot Merlot or Pino Grigio at the Marquee or in Footworks Store depending on weather.

    18.00 Golf Tavern to allow dismantling of Marquee before moving on to the restaurant for anyone wishing to join us for some Indian Tuk Tuk Street food.

    19.00 We would like to invite as many of you to join us for some food in Tuk Tuk opposite the Kings Theatre....you can eat very well for under £15.00 and its BYOB with a Wine shop next door.

    Amendments may be made to the timetable which is not yet fully finalised.

    Please make it known you are willing to attend.
    This years nominated charity is The British Heart Foundation (Scotland) for very special reasons which will become apparent at the event.
    CANINE Friendly route which will be released shortly once the Canine Coordinator, Hedwig Ponjee, has done more research.
