    A barefoot friendly race at Ann Morrison Park in Boise, on September 14, 2013 beginning at 10 AM. 5K and 10K distances.

    There will be training runs every Saturday morning in August, meeting at the Old Timer's Shelter. You don't have to be signed up for the race to participate in the training runs. (I will have to check on the times for these)

    Can either of you (Hank and Laura) use a BRS tech shirt, men's small (fits like a medium)? I ordered one and its too big for me. They replaced it with a women's version and they didn't want the men's shirt back. I'd be happy to bring it to the race on the 14th.

    This was my first completely barefoot race. Met some nice people and had a lot of fun! I love the Greenbelt.
