It was so interesting to listen. One of his comments caught my attention. he said he has done a few races barefoot like 5K's but he would never have done or he would never do a marathon barefoot. Some members here have done one or more than one full marathon barefoot. My point is if a marathon can be too much on our barefeet or is just Dr Lieberman's opinion or preference

I think it's his preference. That would be a good question to ask him. He knows Rick Roeber and Ken Bob Saxton personally/"professionally," both who have run numerous marathons, Rick with 102 barefoot marathons, Ken Bob with 70 plus barefoot marathons.
