After 5 years, my Luna's my finally be wearing out.
Thinking of making a change to Bedrocks.
Has anyone here done any running in Bedrocks and can tell me what you think?

    Love the survey! Funny stuff!

The Bedrocks look good. I'd definitely try those over Lunas again. The prices are high but comparable. I see you're going for terrain with the rugged thick soles, and I get it.

I would hope that Bedrock could put a 5,000 mile warranty on their shoes to back it up like Xero Shoes does though.

My Cairn Pros are thicker and sturdier than my Luna Oso Flacos. Both of them are stiffer and thicker than I like for running and I only use them for hiking or in the snow. They both have decent tread with the edge going to Bedrock. I'd say if you're running really rocky sharp trails either would be good, with the edge to the Oso Flacos. If you're running easy/medium trails or roads, I'd go with something lighter and more flexible. I haven't tried the winged Lunas, they look to fix my biggest complaint, that the heel strap won't stay up by itself.

Yeah, I'm doing almost entirely roads or easy packed-dirt trails. So I'm now thinking the thicker, stiffer Bedrocks will not be for me. I have a spare set of luna tech straps, so the heel strap issue is taken care of.
I think those winged Luna's may be the way to go
