Hi Tampa Chapter! My name is Mike and on Tuesday at 6 PM I’ll be out for a barefoot run on Bayshore. I’ll be at the corner of Bay to Bay and Bayshore and the run could go anywhere from 2-5 miles. I run with a group of friends of all fitness levels, some run, some jog, and some walk...but we all meet up at the same place and time to inspire each other to get out there and move. I’m the only barefooted runner in the group but if you are free and want to hit a run Tuesday night just show up! We are there on Tuesday nights at 6, rain or shine (but we cancel if there is serious lightning so if that’s in the forecast assume we won’t run) and we don’t run on holidays. This week was pretty awesome! Next week I will not be out there I have a prior engagement but my friends will still be running, sadly none of them will be barefoot LOL. Definitely on for the following week to go out there though and I will update this thread every time I go on a run

We’re probably gonna go about 2 miles and there may be some walkers insome joggers as well. No stress! Yeah I totally cut and pasted my last message because we’re doing the same thing! We have gone out pretty much every Tuesday and it’s been really awesome. I’ve actually started running a 5K at 4 AM starting at the same point barefoot and it’s nice as long as it is dry.
