Running in the rain

I'd be uncomfortable with that myself.

Why does every thread on here digress to something perverse??? Lol.

Rain is good in general, though I have been known to wear out the pads on the balls of my feet if I try to go fast on wet pavement. Aside from BF running, if you ever race, you may find your PR's come on rainy days because your body doesn't have to use any of it's resources to cool you off. My best race of the year so far was a 10 mile road race in the misty rain. I'm also legally required to wear glasses to find my a$$, nearly, but tucked them in my waistband for a fine run.

Vis a vis streaking... I'm sure the Nat'l Park Police would be deeply amused if I tried that some rainy day in Valley Forge Park.
