I treated myself to 'Running Free, a runner's journey back to nature' by Richard Askwith to read over the holidays, and I couldn't put it down.

It's about the adventures for Richard and his dog Nutmeg as they run wild in the British countryside.
He'a a barefoot advocate, although the book isn't a bf training manual he does offer up some sound advice and insight on many aspects of running.
Every chapter is different and topics are varied enough to keep the pages turning.
I'll say no more, i'm rubbish at review and don't want to give give anything away, but just thought i'd headsup to an enjoyable romp.
