So I did the Zombie run bf and in a kilt, my normal trail running attire, evidently zombies love the taste of Scotsmen! lol. I am posting pics, remember I lost 157 pounds so don't make fun of my gut!

    Great photos!

157 pounds? Impressive. What was your approach?

    Cheers,

Well I was a serious diabetic, and the doc was getting ready to put me on a pump. The insulin was preventing me from loosing weight, so I had to do a drastic diet to get the first 60 lbs off, was basically 600 calories a day from July 2010 to November. Then I started stepping up my calories and my exercise. Honestly running is what got it all off. As soon as I learned I could run I did, and it was laborious until I started converting to BF running. It is actually fun now. I jokingly always say it was starvation and exercise haha.

I lift weights as well, and coach a soccer team. It was funny someone asked me how much I work out and I said an hour a day, that did not include running an hour a day as well as long runs on the weekend, I just don't think of that as work now.
