This is a review of the book Barefoot Walking-Free Your Feet. The book is very well written for those who are new to concept of no and/or less shoe plus those of us who have adopted the lifestyle. Both walkers and runners can benefit from reading this book. The book gives great information for those just starting out on the history, benefits and various tips. It was good that it was stressed to start out slowly to prevent injury. The book was a good read for me in that I learned many new things about excercises, skin care and shoe construction plus confirmed the benefits of making the decision to transition out of over supportive shoes.
