I ran this trail with my Vibram Five Fingers KSOs and my feet were pretty sore the next day. There are a lot of rocks and roots all over the trail and its hard to avoid them all. Most of the trail is good for barefoot or minimalist running but the parts that are not make it not the best trail out there. I am running the 5K in march and I will still be in my VFF, but my time will probably not be stellar.
