Jason Robillard and I are gathering statistics about runners. These statistics will help us make a program to generate personalized running programs that cater to your needs. Please take two minutes to do the survey. It would mean a lot to us.

Yeah, except that I filled it

Yeah, except that I filled it out and then promptly posted here that I'd finished it! Shouldn't be too hard to sort out, if you were so inclined ...

    Thanks for doing this,

    Thanks for doing this, Tyler.

Questions? When you say What was your average running distance per run after your first month of running? and What was your average running pace per run after your first month of running?

Do you mean the very first month I ever ran six years ago as a shod runner? (I mean any runner has to build up their endurance, and just after a month, I'm sure I was getting no where.)

Or do you mean once I started transitioning?

Or do you mean once I was strictly barefoot?

My answers are pre-cryosurgery...as in what I plan to get back to.

    It's meant in general. Shod

It's meant in general. Shod or barefoot. It's just to get a starting base for age groups.

Did it. Answered "0" for shod

Did it. Answered "0" for shod and minimalist even though I ran the GR Fifth Third in Feelmax since that was the only time I ever ran outdoors in them, and their total treadmill time could be measured in minutes rather than hours.

Have'nt figured out what to do when the cold weather comes, maybe move in with Shacky?

BTW, what ever happened to Dennis?

    Victor is the BRS's

Victor is the BRS's Secretary, and we consider him one of the original six founders. He writes some of our articles and takes the minutes of our meetings. Our meetings are extremely long, so how he manages to capture all that, I have no idea. He's a Major in the Air Force and has a second job. He's been quite busy lately, but whenever I need something from him, all I have to do is ask, and he comes through everytime.

We have a newsletter coming out with the founder profiles in it in the next day or two. BFWendyBird has been working hard on it, learning a new software program, and she's already looking forward to the next issue. We are also planning our own minimalist footwear review, most info coming from Jason's collection of research and testing. I'll be sure to let everyone know to check them out once they are each released.

I think you should have a

I think you should have a question relating to injury in transitioning to barefoot. It would be interesting to see how many people transition with/without injury.

    done Wish the pace

    done

Wish the pace questions had been in mpm, instead of mph, I never think in mph :)

also, for race distance I'm training for there was nothing in the HM range so I clicked "Other" There is a lot of ground between 10K and marathon!
