Foot cramping sucks.

Yeah, but the nice thing about running a long race? It happened early, and I was able to fix what I was doing and make it stop. I'm going to remember for this year, though, when going downhill do not grip with toes.

I completed the 50k with a time of 5:53:00, and I managed to run it all barefoot. I will write up a brief race report when I get the time. It was a great event, and well organized. I will be there next year.

Wow that's awesome Gentile! Way to go. After running my first barefoot half (non-organized, just for myself) today I realized I might never get to your level. You all that run that far are truly an inspiration to me.

Oh, not much to say there. I ran 50 miles, and I got really bored. As I got more bored, I ran slower. Then there was this downward spiral of boredom and slow running which further prolonged the boredom. I'll write up a race report, but it's gonna be boring, I'm afraid. Nothing hurt, though. And nothing hurts now. I guess maybe I should have sucked it up and run faster.
