    I've only used BRS screen names in the picture tags to identify the Georgia members.

    Great pics, looks alot like

    Great pics, looks alot like the park I run in. Gotta love the trees to keep asphalt cooler. I only wish the woods had wider paths and were less rooty like that one is. I wish there was a group here like that. So far I am the only bfr in the park, not even a vff wearer, some others do walk bf though. The park is real bad for copperheads, that kinda deters people from barefooting. I saw three in 100 yrds of each other about 4 weeks ago lol. They ran with there belly, gues thats bare belly running lol (bbr).

    That looked like a good time,

    That looked like a good time, and you guys have a huge group! We, the KY Chapter, only average about 3-4 runners per meet-up.

     Nice meeting some new

    Nice meeting some new runners to the meetups! I had fun for sure.

    My son did his longest barefoot run here at about 2.5 - 3.0 miles, he is in the green shirt and I'm on the left in the 3rd picture.

    I added the screen names to

    I added the screen names to the pictures tags, so if you hold your mouse over a picture, it will show you the name/s.

    The trail portion around the base of the mountain is covered in tree roots. Some of them act as stairs. It's all good though. Very beautiful.

    @BFwillie_g:  I was puzzled

    @BFwillie_g: I was puzzled about the screen names too until TJ clarified. If you are viewing this page in Internet Explorer 7, you can see the screen names when your cursor hovers over the photos. Most browsers like Firefox however, don't display the alt text for images as tooltips.

    Is this happening again, any time soon? I've tried for months to get a group of friends to meet up there one Saturday morning, but no one wants to run the Cherokee with me. Anyone interested in heading up there once a month on the last Saturday?

    Jason, we may be looking for

    Jason, we may be looking for someone to help Michael head up the Georgia Chapter. Are you interested? I can no longer do it and manage this site/club at the same time, since my time is limited, and I am still recovering from post surgery problems from March. Not that it would take up much of your time, since you have to run anyway, right? Just make a couple of your runs a month a group run. Please consider it.

    Also, please feel free to add your Cherokee trail review and any others you may have to the Race/Trail Review tab above. Thanks.

     I'd love help out up here.

    I'd love help out up here. I'm not the strongest runner, but I love getting out with people and I've got some organizational skills.
