This a 1.8 mile, fairly flat, dirt trail near the Arkansas River at the foot of our Big Dam Bridge (3/4 mile pedestrian bridge across a dam). This trail is through the woods and is kept up by a group of volunteers who also take care of many more miles of trails in nearby Burns Park. It is soft on the feet and a great trail for beginning barefooters. If you decide to use this trail and want some company, contact me.
