out of country chapters on military bases??

Once I get to Osan, I'm hoping to get something going for barefoot/minimal running there. Any idea how that would apply if it is via a US military base?

I wouldn't think it would be any different than mommy 'n me play groups that are organized on base. My sister is very involved in one at Offutt in Nebraska. I could ask her for a link to their legalese if you'd like. You might talk with someone at the base gym when you get over there. They may be able to give you some help, too.
