Although it will be a full year before I actually get to do hands on MT work, I will be starting work with a personal trainer this summer to put together a plan to start working on strength exercises specifically for people who do massage therapy. You would all be VERY surprised how something, even as remote as overstressed pectoralis muscles, can have a huge impact on your running form.
