fun conversations, fun tips, fun hints, fun “coaching” (learn how to teach yourself how to run more gracefully), and mostly FUN RUNNING/WALKING, etc. Distances are what you will. Mostly we do about 30 minutes (3 miles more or less) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and an hour, more or less (4-6 miles) on Saturday mornings. These are public paths, trails, and beaches, so you’re welcome to run all day if you like!

If nobody RSVPs, don’t expect anyone to be waiting! I’m generally there at 6pm (Tuesday and Thursday evenings) and 10:00am (Saturday mornings), and start running right away.
