Hello everyone, Today I am posting on a more personal note. As of last Friday I received 100% conformation from the Air Force that I am leaving to go to training in Texas on March 24th. After that I will have another 9 months of tech school, also in Texas. From there I will likely be posted in Florida, but it could turn out to be anywhere in the world. As such, I am relieving myself of the position of BRS Missouri Chapter President. I have had a wonderful time organizing runs, meeting fellow barefooters, and helping people learn how to run as God intended. Thank you so much for the opportunity Looking forward, and with TJ's permission, I would like to give my position to flipngrip. He has shown his barefooting and leadership qualities time and time again, as well as being our most active and enthusiastic member. I have every confidence he will take the club to new levels and advance barefooting in ways I could never think of. Sincerely, Michael Kean
Congrats on starting out in the Air Force....I'm sure you will keep the barefooting alive after the first training stuff is over.
Thank you, I will without a doubt keep on barefooting after training. I also plan to start small pockets of fellow obsessive barefooters wherever I am stationed.
We will miss you around here man! There will most definitely be a send off run so keep checking the board everyone for details on this upcoming event to send Barefoot Kean off in style! I certainly appreciate all the time and effort you have put into this chapter Mike! It is a thankless job! I would be honored to take on the presidency and look forward to the challenge! - Barefoot Jim
