Attention barefoot runners! The University of Delaware Running Laboratory would like to invite you to take part in an in-lab study to study the mechanics of barefoot running and altered footstrike patterns. To qualify for this opportunity you must be relatively healthy, between the ages of 18 and 50 and run more than 10 miles/week. You also must have been running barefoot or in minimalist footwear for more than 6 months, and at least 50% of your mileage must be done completely barefoot. Please contact Allison Altman at aaltman@udel.edu for more information.

CORRECTION: Running completely barefoot is not a requirement of this study as long as you do not run in standard running shoes.

All comers are welcome, even if you have already participated in one of our other studies.
