Raced in the Navesink Challenge 15K last Sunday. The course is out and back rolling hills with one MAJOR hill. It goes through some trails and has rocks and pebbles all over. Some of the paved roads are riddled with potholes and debris. So I decided to wear my KSOs.

I had a few people ask me about my shoes. I told them I usually always run barefoot. And then I went into this tirade about barefoot running and all the world of good it has done for me. They all seemed to have a strange expression on their face after a while. In retrospect I think I should have said less. Oh well...
