I ran the Mt. Greylock 8 mile climb to the top today. We had great weather. The first mile was pretty bad pavement and I had to wear my huaraches but then they came off and I had a great run to the top. I took 7 minutes off my time from 3 years ago when I had run it shod. 1 hr. 25 minutes. My feet felt great at the end. No injuries, just dirty.
There was also another barefoot runner but I didn't get a chance to talk to him, not sure if he is a member of this forum.
