Nothing much to complain about. The bulk of the course is on a bike trail that was slightly rougher than I'm used to. My feet were alittle sore afterwards but I was able to run two days later. I don't know if I could have run 26 mi on this kind of trail. I saw two others that barefooted the course and two in Huaraches. The 5k and 10k are run on the same course. The 10k only covers a small amount of the bike trail and I think the 5k was all on the street.
