Mini 8K Race Report

Barefoot Run Minimal Race Report. The Twin Bridges 8K Run, Morehead City, NC

8K, 36.5 minutes 70 degrees. Awesome running weather.

I am the worst race report writer out there, so just the facts.

I was the only barefoot runner present, did not even see VFFs. Nobody asked questions or made comments about me being barefoot. I don't care because it felt good running barefoot. No pains or injuries to report. The high rise bridges slowed me a little bit, but changed up form and leaned forward on those hills and recouped my pace.



Sorry for such a dry report, I have to find a ghost writer to liven up my reports!

You forgot to mention the dragon, the femme fatale, the ticking nuclear bomb with ignition wires color-coded in a non-standard way ("cut the green one! no! the blue!") and a touching reunion between father and son. I'm sure that leaves something out.
