Twinkletoes, I think I know

Twinkletoes, I think I know what you mean about feeling faster - I think it is just because it's more efficient and takes less out of you. I am not as radically faster as SillyC, but going barefoot/minimalist has made me faster when I adjust for other factors like injury and training level.

I ran very little last week, didn't even think of recording during the week as I was resting for my race and had a 2 day work meeting in Atlanta (hotel had a hot tub, though!). I ran my 13.1 on Sunday and had one of my best races to date.
