Didn't see a thread for this week yet, so here are my totals:
23.74 barefoot miles this week. Seems like more than I've been doing, but I moved my Sunday run to Saturday, so it fell in the same week and upped my miles.
Getting ready for my first barefoot "race". Doing the Susan G. Komen 5K on Sept. 25 and decided to practice some on the course. Course is pretty rough pavement on parts. Other parts are newer smooth pavement, but those areas seem to have more sand and pebbles. Anyway, I know I can manage the course, but not sure how I will do with speed. First practice run was ~11 min. mile, and 2nd practice run the same week was ~10 min. mile.
