Again, didn't see a thread for this week so here are my totals:
10.02 barefoot miles, with one of those runs (6 miles) being indoors on the track at the Y. It was Tempo run day and rained again that morning.
Did another practice run on Susan G. Komen 5K course and got my speed down to 9:17/mile average, including an extra mile on a really rough section near the course. Think I'll do better than my original 30 minute goal.
