Boulder and I had a most excellent 6.5 mile run this morning at 5:30 am.
Temp was 53 deg., oddly there was low lying fog (rh 100%) but the upper skies were clear.
We could enjoy a great shot of the cool Moon!
We spotted 5 ducks flying overhead just a sunrise and oh what a beautiful sunrise it was:happy:
We also spotted the usual rabbits.
I'm really glad we were able to get out.

Great 3 mile run today. Clear, sunny, and near 70 degrees. It rained recently, so I got to enjoy one of the fringe benefits of barefoot running...splashing through water puddles!

Just a parkrun this weekend for me -so 5km on a pretty drab dull morning.
Bit of rain overnight, so the ground was still a little wet. It did make the grassy/muddy edges to the path quite good fun though!
Tried to run at a reasonable pace (by my standards anyway;)) so I think I clocked just over 28mins.
-It's not about speed, I know...:)

Temperatures seem to picking up a bit here now, so hopefully be getting out more as we head to Easter...

Slept in a little and got out for a 6.5 mile run at 6:00 am, 4 deg. f. .Cooler than the other runs this week.
We saw one huge flock of cedar wax wings filling up the top of 1 or 2 trees.
Down by a creek we saw a group of ducks swimming.

This week no runs Mon-Wed on dayshift, but the rest of the week I got a run in every day... Wednesday I got a 6.5mi run in with a .8 walk cool down, Thursday was 8.5 miles with a .65 walk after, eased back to 4.5 Saturday +.65 walk, and the same 4.5 Sunday.
We had 70's for one of those runs, pretty crazy here in Ohio to have a no shirt and sweaty run on a windy February day!

Total for the week was 24 miles running, 2 walking.

After my wipe-out the week before I took it easy. I did quite a bit of biking in my Xeros, and did one 6.1-mile Central Park Loop (above 50 degrees) in the balmy weather. Doffed the shirt, too!
