5.2 miles this morning in light snow and 23 degrees. A lot of people out walking dogs and a fair number of runners too. There were also many ice fishermen out this morning on frozen Presque Isle Bay. I guess a lot of people are off work for Presidents Day, myself included. I actually saw some bare pavement today for the first time in a couple of weeks, so I got by with my Merrels and no Yak-Trax. Expecting a foot of snow later today into tomorrow, and a lot more later this week, so goodbye bare pavement for awhile.

4.2 miles this evening around my neighborhood. Wore my Merrels with Yak-Trax to negotiate the packed snow and ice surface. Temperature was 15 degrees but no wind , so it wasn't a bad evening.Expecting more snow over the next few days, so we'll see what the weekend brings.

    7km yesterday morning..
Back to good ol’ English rain again here -just a drizzle when I set off, but absolutely pouring by the time I’d finished. So I got a little bit drenched!
    Great run though!...:)

Boulder and I did a 2 mile walk Wednesday (I had boots) at 20 deg. f. in ice and snow.
We did a 3 mile run (back to barefoot) today at 45 deg. f. melting ice and snow, sunshine .
