Boulder and I did a 5 mile run this morning at 5:30. It was 63 deg. f. 18 MPH wind and 77% rh.

Merry Christmas!7km on Monday and another 10.5km this morning for me. Both wet runs but not too cold.. legs & feet all feeling good..
Reckon I might take a couple days rest now for Christmas...

Did a 4.1 mile BF run yesterday evening around my neighborhood.The air was warm 47 degrees but the ground was considerably colder due to recent snow cover, so I wound up with one hot spot on my right big toe. All will be good in a couple of days. There were more people and cars out this evening than usual. I think people must be out looking at Christmas lights.
