Very few miles this week, just 6-miles, barefoot in the park. Very busy week. Better luck next week.
Amazing Savings is all out of clogs and sandals/flops for the season. Didn't see 'em in KMart, either. Gotta wait for the spring. My current pair will have to last. But it's been a little warmer, so my Xeros and Vibrams will do, if I need 'em.

Been doing a fair bit in the gym this week -mostly cross trainer, etc... in the xeros -but not really logged any of that.
Back out on the road at the weekend though at the local parkrun, so 5km for me -It was a wet run underfoot, even though it had stopped raining overnight, but not too cold so an enjoyable run.
Ready for the Christmas break now...
