Mileage Reporting Week 46 (Nov 9 - Nov 15)

Started this week with a 7.1km circuit around the lakes on a dark and foggy morning.
We're on lockdown again here -but I passed a fair few other runners out for their daily exercise nevertheless...

Boulder and I did a 5 mile run at 5:00 am. It was 70 deg. f. with a light breeze.Could spot the moon and stars through passing clouds.

8.75km today -bit wet underfoot again, but a nice run. Good start to the day..

We did a 4 mile run at 5:30 am. It was 55 deg. f. with light wind. the Moon was excellent (small sliver with the other part still visible). Lots of stars and the sun coming up at the end.

7km around the streets this morning as the tide was too high to run on the beach. Saw a few other runners and a group sprinting hard with their personal trainer looking on. I've always been a bit bemused by the recent trend of people paying good money to somebody else to make them run.

7.5km loop this morning -hooray it was dry!
The trend of parting with cash to have someone cycle alongside you whilst you run is quite prevalent here too!...

Back on the beach this morning, 12km on the hard sand to finish off the week. Somebody's golden retriever emerged from the surf and shook itself off right next to me - highly recommended if you're in need of a cool-down!

9 miles this morning at 5:30 am. It was 55 deg. f. with wind from the north. Clear skies, lots of stars and a great sunrise. Spotted some rabbits, a wood pecker and a hawk.

Really splendid outing!

10km on Sunday morning in the middle of a heavy downpour of rain. Cold, wet, and muddy...
Good fun though...
