Mileage Reporting Week 46 (Nov 12 - Nov 18)

Boulder and I have had an extremely low running week so far.
3 miles Thursday at 5:00 am, 34 deg.f., no wind but a little damp.
I did spot some stars.
my toes got a little cold.

Took a few days break last week. So a couple of light gym sessions this week and then back out to the local parkrun on Saturday morning -so 5km for me.
Felt good to be back out again. -quite a damp morning but not too cold, so all good underfoot...
