Mileage Reporting Week 46 (Nov 11- Nov 17)

Boulder and I had a good 3 mile run Monday at 5:00 am. We spotted one night heron.

We went out for a 3 mile run Thursday.
We heard one screech owl crying out. There was a good shot of the moon. Another nice outing.
It was in the low 40° f. range clear skies.

Sunday Boulder and I had a smooth 8 mile run at 5:30 am. It was 41° f. with clear skies. Nice stars and the moon was cool. At mile 1.5 we clearly heard a screech owl. we spotted one barred owl flying across our path.
It was a really great run!

5.3km for me this weekend just gone.
Very slowly increasing distance now -foot feeling good again...
